Full Wedding Day Packages

All Full Wedding Day packages  give you the flexibility to create your perfect wedding day on your own schedule. Choose the timeframe that works best for your celebration.(excluding tier four)​

Please note that events extending past midnight will incur an additional fee of $150 per hour to ensure proper staffing and venue management.

Here's a full list of what the all packages include:

 

  • Full use of the Prairie Song venue, including charming ceremony and reception spaces for any day of the week

  • Getting ready suites to relax and prepare for your big moment

  • Access to stunning rustic backdrops for unforgettable photos

  • Tables + chairs to accommodate your event: 20 eight-foot tables, 6 six-foot tables, a selection of small round tables, and seating for up to 180 guests

  • Ceremony benches with seating for up to 200 guests and a matching rustic arbor

  • Decorative greenery located inside the barn

  • A full outdoor lighting package to illuminate your celebration

  • A bar area with a refrigerator and a small on-site ice machine for added convenience

  • 1 hour Rehersal Included - Scheduled 7 days before wedding day. If the day before is booked you can schedule for a different day of the week.

Set up and take down of chairs and tables only : $500

Tier One - 10 hours - $2,500

With 10 hours of access — most often from 1pm to 11pm — this package is perfect for smaller gatherings of 75 guests or fewer. Add finishing touches on site, let family or your coordinator handle décor setup, and enjoy a relaxed, memorable evening celebration

Tier Two - 12 hours - $3,000

With 12 hours of venue access — often used from 11am to 11pm — your wedding day unfolds with ease. Begin with final touches in the bridal suite, let family or your coordinator handle setup, and celebrate a full evening with loved ones.

Tier Three - 15 hours - $3,800

With 15 hours of venue access, typically from 9am to 12am, your wedding day flows effortlessly — from getting ready on site and decorating with family to celebrating your reception surrounded by those you love.

Tier Four - 20 hours - $5,000

Friday: 3pm – 6pm (Setup + Rehearsal)

Saturday: 9am – 11pm (Wedding Day)

​

Sunday: 10am – 1pm (Cleanup Only)

 

This package gives you extra time to prepare and enjoy your big day without feeling rushed.

 

Use Friday afternoon for setup and rehearsal, celebrate all day Saturday, and return Sunday morning to gather your décor, take out trash, and tidy up before heading out.

Small Wedding + Elopement Packages

Mini Wedding Day - 6 hours - $1,500

  • Designed for smaller celebrations without the commitment of a full wedding day

  • Up to 80 guests

  • 6 hours on the property (set hours, flexible timeline within that window)

Availability

  • Sunday–Thursday

  • Friday or Saturday may be booked within 60 days if the date remains open

Included Spaces

  • Bridal suite

  • Groom’s suite

  • Ceremony benches & arbor

Reception Details

  • Light reception only

  • Finger foods only (charcuterie, small bites, etc.)

  • All food must be approved in advance

  • Outside vendors welcome

  • DJ required to be from our preferred DJ list

Furniture & Setup

  • Tables and chairs for up to 80 guests included: 

    • 10 - 8ft tables

    • 80 white garden chairs

    • 2 spools

    • 2 6ft tables

  • Set-up and takedown not included

  • Optional add-on: $500

True Elopement - 3 hours - $800

  • ​Up to 50 guests

  • 3 hours on the property (you choose the time window)

Ceremony Details

  • Ceremony-only package

  • No food, drinks, tables, chairs, or alcohol allowed

  • Chairs will be provided inside the barn only if weather requires an indoor ceremony

  • Optional vendors allowed for a small cake or simple décor

Planning & Support

  • Suggested timeline provided

  • On-site staff available for questions

  • No coordinating or event management included
