Full Wedding Day Packages
All Full Wedding Day packages give you the flexibility to create your perfect wedding day on your own schedule. Choose the timeframe that works best for your celebration.(excluding tier four)​
Please note that events extending past midnight will incur an additional fee of $150 per hour to ensure proper staffing and venue management.

Full use of the Prairie Song venue, including charming ceremony and reception spaces for any day of the week

Tables + chairs to accommodate your event: 20 eight-foot tables, 6 six-foot tables, a selection of small round tables, and seating for up to 180 guests

Ceremony benches with seating for up to 200 guests and a matching rustic arbor

Decorative greenery located inside the barn

A full outdoor lighting package to illuminate your celebration

A bar area with a refrigerator and a small on-site ice machine for added convenience

1 hour Rehersal Included - Scheduled 7 days before wedding day. If the day before is booked you can schedule for a different day of the week.

Tier One - 10 hours - $2,500
With 10 hours of access — most often from 1pm to 11pm — this package is perfect for smaller gatherings of 75 guests or fewer. Add finishing touches on site, let family or your coordinator handle décor setup, and enjoy a relaxed, memorable evening celebration

Tier Two - 12 hours - $3,000
With 12 hours of venue access — often used from 11am to 11pm — your wedding day unfolds with ease. Begin with final touches in the bridal suite, let family or your coordinator handle setup, and celebrate a full evening with loved ones.

Tier Three - 15 hours - $3,800
With 15 hours of venue access, typically from 9am to 12am, your wedding day flows effortlessly — from getting ready on site and decorating with family to celebrating your reception surrounded by those you love.

Tier Four - 20 hours - $5,000
Friday: 3pm – 6pm (Setup + Rehearsal)

Saturday: 9am – 11pm (Wedding Day)

Sunday: 10am – 1pm (Cleanup Only)
This package gives you extra time to prepare and enjoy your big day without feeling rushed.
Use Friday afternoon for setup and rehearsal, celebrate all day Saturday, and return Sunday morning to gather your décor, take out trash, and tidy up before heading out.

Small Wedding + Elopement Packages

Mini Wedding Day - 6 hours - $1,500
Our Mini Wedding Day package is perfect for couples who want a smaller celebration without the full-day wedding experience. With 6 hours on the property and a 80-guest limit, this option includes the most important elements of a wedding day while keeping things relaxed and easy to manage.
This package is available Sunday–Thursday. If a Friday/Saturday stays unbooked within 60 days, this package may also be booked for Friday/Saturday, depending on availability.
You’ll have access to the bridal suite, groom’s suite, the barn, and all outdoor ceremony areas, including benches and the arbor. These 6 hours are set, but you can structure your timeline however it best fits your day.
This package is designed for a light reception only. We allow finger foods only, such as charcuterie or small bites, and all food must be approved in advance. Outside vendors are welcome, with one requirement—if you want a DJ, you must use our preferred DJ.
Tables and chairs for up to 80 guests are included. Set-up and takedown are not included, but you can add this service for $500.

The Mini Wedding Day offers a beautiful, stress-friendly way to celebrate with your favorite people while still enjoying the Prairie Song experience.

True Elopement - 3 hours - $800
True Elopement is designed for couples who want a simple, intimate ceremony surrounded by the peaceful countryside at Prairie Song. This 3-hour rental gives you the freedom to create a meaningful moment without the pressure of a full wedding day.
This package is available Sunday–Thursday. If a Friday/Saturday remains unbooked within 60 days, the True Elopement package may also be booked for Friday/Saturday.
You’ll have access to the bridal suite, groom’s suite, the barn, and all outdoor ceremony areas, including benches and the arbor. With a limit of 50 guests, this package is perfect for couples wanting a quiet, relaxed celebration with the people closest to them.
You can choose the 3-hour window that works best for you. We’ll provide a suggested timeline to help guide your planning, but ultimately the flow of your time here is up to you. A staff member will be onsite for any questions, but we will not be involved in coordinating or running your event.
This package is ceremony-only to keep things simple—no food, drinks, chairs, tables, or alcohol are allowed. (If weather requires an indoor ceremony, we will provide chairs inside the barn.) You’re welcome to add optional vendors for a small cake or simple décor if you’d like to personalize your ceremony.
