Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in Prairie Song Events to host one of the best days of your life!

 

My name is Bayli and I will be your point of contact throughout this process! Any questions please don't hesitate to call, text or email me and we can tackle it together!

 

Alittle bit about me, I was born and raised here in Dewey and got married out here at Prairie Song in October 2019 to my best friend of 6 years! We live in Bartlesville where we own another business and chase our four Mini Australian Shepherds around!

10 hour Rental: $2,500

12 hour Rental: $3,000

11am - 11pm

Planning Services

$1000

| Planning services include:

Day of Coordinating - I am basically a "you" on wedding day. I am in charge of how you want things to look and where things go.

 

I am the point of contact for all vendors starting 1 week before wedding day. I am point of contact day of, I assist them with where to set up and all questions they have.

 

I create you an all day - day of timeline. I will work very closely with your photographer on this to determine where she wants you and when.

 

I help with rehearsal and getting people down the aisle on the day of as well.

I am present the entire day and assist where needed, answer questions and take all the heat off of the two of you!

 

Set up/take down - I set up ceremony chairs and reception tables. I also set up your table decor. I assist with taking table decor down and then I am in charge of taking down chairs and tables. At the end of the night you dont have to worry about clean up. You basically pack what you brought and head home.

 

*If you deciede not add this on you will be incharge of set up and take down. Meaning when you arrive all tables and chairs will be stacked in the barn for you to begin set up. At the end of the night all chairs and tables will have to be restacked how they were when you got there and then you will have to sweep the barn.
