Pricing

 Weddings 

$200 per hour

 Rental Price Includes: 

- Rental time of your choice.  Any day of the week.

- Must be a minimum of 6 hours if booking over 3 months in advance

- Tables and Chairs

- Use of grounds for engagement pictures

- Rehearsal time ( subject to scheduling )

- Bridal Suite 

- Groom suite

- Indoor/outdoor speakers 

- White curtains ( show in Gallery, are left up for client use. ) 

 Non - Wedding 

(birthdays, showers, corporate events)

$100 per hour

 Reservation Fee 

- A deposit of 50% of the total contract amount is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

- Remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to your event day.

 Damage/Cleaning 

- Deposit of $500 is required for incidentals.

- Deposit will be returned if there is no damage and property is left cleaned. 

 Additional Info: 

- Chairs are for indoor use only. You will have to rent your own chairs if you choose to set up outside
